Kam Aldridge

Kam is a graduate of the University of Queensland in Human Movement Studies specialising in Exercise Management. He worked at TPCH Cardiac Investigation Unit (Brisbane, Australia) and, with a good grounding in all aspects of cardiac testing, began training in echocardiography. He then travelled overseas honing his skills at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital in the United Kingdom.
Back in Australia, Kam worked at TPCH in both clinical and senior management positions. He completed a Diploma of Medical Ultrasound (Cardiac). Due to his multi-faceted approach within cardiac science, he has a solid understanding of the physiology and pathology underlying cardiac disease processes.
Kam’s strong interest is in quality control within CardioNexus and he ensures that all CardioNexus sonographers are kept current with best practice and ASE guidelines. He is currently an examiner for the Diploma of Medical Ultrasound
